Refund policy

Because every Proud Pup Club item is made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: Your order is fully covered if something goes wrong on our end. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@proudpupclub.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund - you will not need to return the original item.

Cancellations and changes: Because production begins quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an item has entered production we may be unable to make changes.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
