Shipping policy
Every Proud Pup Club item is made to order and printed just for you. Because nothing is mass-produced or sitting in a warehouse, please allow a little time for us to create your order before it ships.
How long will my order take?
Your total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Production (made to order): 2-7 business days to print and prepare your item.
Shipping (after production):
- United Kingdom: 2-5 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- USA and Canada: 5-8 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and rest of world: 10-20 business days
So most UK orders arrive within about 1-2 weeks, and international orders within about 2-4 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees - busy periods (especially Christmas) can add a few days.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Where do you ship from?
Our products are produced and shipped by our print partner's global network, so your order is made at the facility closest to you wherever possible.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any promotions (such as free shipping) will be shown at checkout.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it - a reshipping fee may apply.
Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties set by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, delayed or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right. Email us at hello@proudpupclub.com with your order number and, for damages, a photo.
